Complaints
If you have any complaint about the special educational provision we make for your pupil please speak to the Headteacher or to a member of the governing body. If you speak to a governor s/he will, in the first instance, refer the matter to the Headteacher. The Headteacher will investigate and will contact you within 15 school days. If the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction the complainant will need to refer the matter to the governing body who may consider the complaint at a review meeting and will contact you with an outcome 20 school days from the date that the matter is referred to the Governing Body. Please read our Complaints Policy for full procedures.
Annual Parent/Carer Feedback Survey
The school is always receptive to feedback and views of parents/carers and the survey is invaluable in understanding where the school is performing well and for identifying areas for development.
We analyse the data and work on any issues that are highlighted. We are always happy to talk about any concerns or suggestions that you have throughout the year. Thank you to all parents/carers who were able to complete these questionnaires.

We are pleased to report that 93% of respondents said that they agreed or strongly agreed that they would recommend the school to another parent and that they are happy with their child’s experience at the school.
